UK Work Visa

Planning to work in the UK? We help applicants understand the right work route, prepare clear documents, and present their employment, study, talent, or sponsorship evidence with confidence.

Three routes

Build your professional future in the UK.

UK work routes are not all the same. Some depend on a licensed employer sponsor, some are available after UK study, and some are designed for recognised talent or leadership in specialist fields. The right route depends on your background, eligibility, documents, and long-term goals.

At Verdanté Consulting, we help you understand the route that fits your circumstances and prepare the evidence clearly before you apply.

Route 01

Skilled Worker Visa

Turn a UK job offer into a clear immigration pathway.

The Skilled Worker route is for applicants with a confirmed job offer from a Home Office-licensed sponsor. The application depends on the role, salary, Certificate of Sponsorship, English evidence, and the applicant's personal circumstances.

How Verdanté helps

01

We review the route fit

We check the role, sponsor, salary, and applicant profile before the application is prepared.

02

We check the CoS details

We review the Certificate of Sponsorship for consistency with the application.

03

We organise documents

We help arrange identity, employment, English, financial, and dependant evidence where relevant.

04

We plan the long-term route

We help applicants understand how the route may connect to extension and settlement planning.

Where this route can become weak

01 Sponsor or CoS details are inconsistent

The CoS must align with the job role, salary, dates, and applicant details.

02 Salary threshold issues

Salary and role requirements must be checked carefully before submission.

03 Dependants are not prepared properly

Partner and child applications need clear relationship and supporting evidence.

04 Long-term planning is ignored

Applicants may need to understand extensions, ILR timing, and future route planning early.

Route 02

Graduate Route

Turn your UK degree into time, experience, and opportunity.

The Graduate Route is for eligible students who have successfully completed a UK qualification. It can provide time to work, look for work, build experience, or prepare for a future sponsored route.

How Verdanté helps

01

We check timing

We help review when the application should be prepared before the student visa expires.

02

We review eligibility evidence

We check completion, sponsor reporting, identity, and application documents.

03

We prepare dependants

Where relevant, we help organise dependant partner or child documents.

04

We plan the transition

We help applicants think ahead towards Skilled Worker or another route before the Graduate Route ends.

Where this route can become weak

01 Timing is missed

The application must be made at the right time while the applicant has valid permission.

02 Course completion is not confirmed

Eligibility depends on the education provider's reporting and course completion.

03 Dependants are not aligned

Dependant applications need to match the applicant's situation and timing.

04 No future route planning

The Graduate Route does not itself lead directly to settlement, so the next step should be considered early.

Route 03

Global Talent Visa

For exceptional talent, the UK can be more than a workplace — it can be a platform.

The Global Talent route is for recognised leaders or emerging leaders in eligible fields such as academia, research, arts and culture, and digital technology. It is designed for applicants who can show strong achievements, recognition, or potential in their field.

How Verdanté helps

01

We review route suitability

We help assess whether the applicant's background appears suitable for a talent-based route.

02

We organise achievement evidence

We help structure awards, media, work history, projects, publications, recognition, or professional evidence.

03

We prepare the application story

We help present the applicant's field, contribution, and achievements in a clear narrative.

04

We plan documents carefully

We help identify gaps, organise supporting evidence, and prepare the submission strategy.

Where this route can become weak

01 Achievements are not evidenced clearly

Strong claims need structured supporting documents and clear explanation.

02 The applicant's field is not framed properly

The application should show how the applicant fits the relevant field and criteria.

03 Evidence is scattered

Awards, projects, media, recommendations, and professional records need to be organised coherently.

04 The route is chosen without strategy

This route should be considered carefully against the applicant's actual profile and evidence.

Work Visa FAQs

For Skilled Worker, yes. For Graduate Route and Global Talent, a job offer is not required, but each route has its own eligibility requirements.

No. We do not provide jobs or sponsorship. We help applicants prepare the visa application and supporting documents once the route and evidence are available.

The Skilled Worker route can lead to settlement after a qualifying period if the requirements are met.

No. The Graduate Route does not lead directly to settlement, but it may give time to gain experience and plan a switch to another route.

In many cases, Global Talent applicants need endorsement by an approved body, unless they qualify through a recognised eligible award. The correct route depends on the applicant's profile.

Dependants may be possible on some work routes, depending on the visa category and circumstances.
